A good breakfast is still a very popular catering option for business events. Maybe it’s because less than 7% of Brits have a cooked breakfast, so an invitation to an event offering a ‘full English’ is always welcome.

The Fenland Roaster was pleased recently to cater for another local corporate breakfast event. This time, our customer was a property developer who was running an event to encourage investors to buy into a new industrial development in Peterborough.

The secret to a great breakfast is quality ingredients, which is why we used local butchers’ dry cured smoked bacon and sausages alongside beans, eggs, mushrooms and so on. Fresh baked rolls and Danish pastries, filter coffee, fruit juice and a good selection of fruit completed the package. We supplied the breakfast in a relaxed buffet style, cooked and served onsite with crockery provided.
